Basis and purpose of processing

We process your personal data on the following grounds and for the following purposes:

• Consent: Maintaining a waiting list, sending newsletters and marketing messages, and analyzing website usage and targeting advertising.
• Legitimate interest: Ensuring the technical functionality and data security of the website.

Information we collect

• Waiting list form: Email address.
• Technical information and cookies: IP address, browser type, device information, and behavioral information related to website browsing (collected using cookies and tracking technologies). Data Sharing and Disclosure

Your data is only processed by partners who are necessary and reliable for the provision of the service:

• Site maintenance and infrastructure: The site and its database are located on a virtual server (VPS) provided by the domestic company Zoner Oy in Finland.
• Email marketing: The email addresses collected on the waiting list are transferred and stored in the Brevo service for sending newsletters and announcements.
• Advertising measurement and targeting: We use Meta tracking tools (such as Meta Pixel) to measure the effectiveness of advertising and target ads on Meta platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram). Consent is always requested for this with a cookie banner.
• Site analytics: We use the Matomo analytics software to statistically monitor the number of visitors to the site and how it is used. Software and related database are hosted on our virtual server. Consent is always requested for this with a cookie banner.

Data Retention

• Email addresses on the waiting list are stored until the site opens or until the user requests their data to be deleted. Each email sent via Brevo contains an unsubscribe link.
• Server technical log data (such as IP addresses) is automatically deleted according to the log rotation based on system size limits. With the current volume of site traffic, log data is estimated to be retained for approximately 1 month, after which it is permantently deleted as the system overwrites old data.

Data Subject Rights

According to the GDPR, you have the right to check the data concerning you, request the correction or deletion of incorrect data, withdraw your consent at any time and file a complaint with the Data Protection Commissioner.
